Whether you're buying your first home, selling in a competitive market, or investing in Denver real estate, Monty brings hands-on guidance and straight answers from offer to closing.
Denver's market moves fast. You need someone who knows the neighborhoods, negotiates hard on your behalf, and keeps every step of the transaction moving.
Deep familiarity with Denver's neighborhoods, from LoHi to Wash Park to Central Park, so you get pricing and timing advice that's actually accurate.
Every offer and counteroffer is handled with a clear strategy designed to protect your bottom line, whether you're buying or selling.
From first showing to final walkthrough, you'll always know what's next. No guessing, no radio silence.

Every Denver neighborhood has its own character, price point, and pace. Here's a local's take on where to look.
Tree-lined streets, restored Victorians, and a dense restaurant scene just across the river from downtown. Popular with young professionals and families alike.
Murals, breweries, and modern condos in former warehouse spaces. One of Denver's fastest-changing neighborhoods.
Grand old homes around a 165-acre park. A top pick for families wanting space, tree canopy, and a strong sense of community.
One of Colorado's premier shopping and dining districts, ringed by high-end condos, townhomes, and single-family homes. Denver's luxury address, minutes from downtown.
Denver's most walkable urban neighborhood, packed with historic mansions, duplexes, and easy access to downtown.
Denver's largest lake surrounded by new construction and renovated bungalows, with mountain views on a clear day.
A quieter, tree-shaded alternative to Wash Park with strong long-term value and easy access to City Park.
A growing corridor of boutiques and restaurants along Tennyson, with more affordable entry points than nearby Highlands.
Master-planned with wide streets, parks, and newer homes. A favorite for families wanting more space and modern layouts.
A clear, step-by-step path from "just looking" to move-in day, so you always know what's next.
Before touring homes, talk to a lender to understand your budget. In Denver's competitive market, a strong pre-approval letter is often required just to get a showing.
We'll narrow down neighborhoods, home types, and must-haves so every showing is worth your time, not a guessing game.
I'll walk every property with you, flag red flags, and give honest feedback on value, not just what looks good in photos.
We'll build a pricing and terms strategy based on real comps, positioning you to win without overpaying.
A trusted inspector reviews the property, and I negotiate any repairs or credits on your behalf.
Final walkthrough, closing paperwork, and handoff. I stay involved through the very last signature.
A pricing and marketing strategy built to get you the strongest offer, with the least stress.
Using current comps and buyer demand data, we'll set a price designed to maximize interest and offers, not just list high and hope.
Recommendations on repairs, decluttering, and staging that actually move the needle on sale price, without wasting money on the wrong upgrades.
Professional photography, a compelling listing narrative, and targeted promotion to buyers and agents actively searching your area.
Coordinated showings with feedback loops, and a clear comparison of every offer so you understand price, terms, and risk.
I negotiate price, contingencies, and repair requests aggressively on your behalf to protect your net proceeds.
I coordinate with the title company, buyer's agent, and inspectors so closing day goes smoothly and on schedule.
Before you fall in love with the kitchen. Estimate what a Denver home costs you every month, or whether a rental actually pencils.
Rough Colorado placeholders. Every property is different, so adjust these if you know the real figures.
PMI is only applied when the down payment is under 20%.
Illustrative estimate only, based on the numbers you enter. This is not a loan offer, quote, pre-approval, or a prediction of investment performance. Property tax and insurance figures are rough placeholders and vary significantly by property, county, and carrier. Rental figures exclude vacancy, maintenance, capital expenses, and management costs. Talk to a lender for real financing numbers, and consult your own tax or financial advisor before making a decision.
Monroe "Monty" Henninger has been an independent entrepreneur his entire working life, starting his first company while still in college. He came to real estate looking for a business he could build around his family instead of the other way around, and he's been at it in metro Denver for more than two decades since.
He has not just sold Denver real estate. He has bought it, renovated it, built it, and owned it. In November 2007 he purchased twelve lots in Castle Pines Village, planning to build homes there. The market crashed weeks later. It took eleven years to get those homes built through a joint venture with a local builder, and five more to sell the last one. In the meantime he got his license, went to work, and completed more than 120 fix-and-flip projects across the metro area.
That experience is the difference. Monty has stood in more gutted kitchens and torn-up basements than most agents ever will, and he has personally lived through what a downturn does to a balance sheet. When he tells you what a house is worth or what a repair is going to cost, it comes from having written those checks himself.
Most of his clients are friends, family, and neighbors, and a good number of them started as strangers. He genuinely likes the work: getting in the car, driving around, walking through houses with people and figuring out which one is right. What he cares about most is that the relationship lasts longer than the transaction.
A home's condition is a fact and Monty will never let a listing misrepresent it. Value is an opinion, and you'll get his honest one, whether or not it's the number you were hoping for.
After 120+ flips, Monty reads a house past the staging. He'll tell you what that basement or roofline is actually going to cost before you're committed to it.
Most of Monty's buyers end up friends. The goal isn't one closing, it's being the first name you give a friend who's buying or selling.
Real feedback from Denver buyers, sellers, and investors.
"Monty helped us win our house in a multiple-offer situation without blowing our budget. We felt supported through every step, and he never pushed us toward a decision."
"We had three offers above asking within a week. Monty's pricing strategy and staging advice made all the difference in how fast and how well we sold."
"As out-of-state investors, we needed someone we could trust completely to be our eyes on the ground. Monty over-delivered from search to closing."
"First-time buyer here, and Monty made a stressful process feel manageable. He explained every step and never made us feel rushed."
"We interviewed three agents before choosing Monty, and it was the right call. His comps and market read were spot on, and our home sold in four days."
"Monty caught issues during an inspection that another agent would have glossed over. That advice alone saved us thousands."
